Chief Commercial Officer
Steven joined Nexar Group as Chief Commercial Officer in 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience from the Services industry. Throughout his career, Steven has honed his expertise and embraced best practices, particularly within the Finance sector. His notable roles include a Senior Finance position at Pelerman Group, where he oversaw financial services for Hotels, Private Hospitals, and the Brisbane Bears AFL. At Spotless Services, he led the finance team handling services for the Mining Sector in Queensland and Western Australia.
During his tenure at ISS Facility Services, Steven managed major divisions in Security and Mining sectors and gained significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, including the integration of a large Catering company into the Group.
Most recently, as COO of a private services company, Steven excelled in strategic planning, team development, and building cross-functional relationships.
Steven holds a Bachelor of Business, is a CPA, and has completed advanced residential programs in Leadership and Negotiation at the prestigious Mt Eliza Business School in Melbourne.
